Thank you for participating in my survey! The survey is part of my Master's thesis "User-Centered Development of the VitaBeat App for Linking Smartwatch Sensor Data with Spotify Songs" at the Institute of Parallel and Distributed Systems (IPVS) at the University of Stuttgart.

As part of a previous research project "VitaBeat," a prototype Android app was developed that links played music through the Spotify app with sensor data from a smartphone and a Wear OS smartwatch. The app enables:

  • Researchers to conduct larger studies in the field of music and vital parameters.
  • Users to view their vital parameters and music data, as well as their progression.

The aim of this survey is to gather foundational feedback for further developing the app, making it more attractive and useful for potential users. Your responses will help tailor the app to better meet the needs and desires of its users.
